Raytheon Meeting

Howdy!

This Friday, we have the privilege of being joined by Raytheon! HKN and IEEE are partnering together to host the defense company Friday, September 7th, starting at 3pm in Zachry 223B. This isn't your ordinary company informational session either, it is so much more! There will be pizza, drinks, and:

(1) A talk on careers, strategies for obtaining internships, resumes, etc. (with Q&A) 

(2) A panel of some of Raytheon interns and young grads from A&M who can talk about the transitions from school to work life, what kind of work interns and new grads do, etc., (with Q&A)

(3) 1 on 1 discussions with students about their resumes, career interests, special situations, and such.

This is an AMAZING opportunity that you cannot afford to pass up! Regardless of whether or not you are interested in Raytheon, you should come to this session. The one-on-one discussions are a great chance to touch up your resume before next week's carrer fair. And if you happen to be interested in Raytheon, it is a chance for you to directly talk with a recruiter one-on-one! I know multiple people who have gotten internships directly from this opportunity. If you can't make it right at 3pm because of class or something, show up as soon as you can, you don't want to miss much!

Fall '11 Info Sessions

Info sessions for eligible candidates for this Fall '11 semester will be held next week. Tuesday (10-4-2011) at 7 p.m. in Zachry 127A and Wednesday (10-5-2011) at 7 p.m. in Zachry 333A. Hope to see you all newly eligible candidates there! Thanks and Gig 'Em!
